The Social Innovation Anthem Award
The Social Innovation Anthem Award celebrates the purposeful work of individuals, organizations, and movements around the world that are using their platform to drive real change. In collaboration with The Anthem Awards, host of the world-renowned Webby Awards, the 2025 Social Innovation Summit highlighted a visionary leader who is making a meaningful difference in that year’s host city of San Francisco. In 2025, we were pleased to announce the winner of the second annual Social Innovation Anthem Award: Ani Rivera of Galería de la Raza.
The 2025 Winner

Ani Rivera
Executive Director
Galería de la Raza

As someone who has helped to build community and spark dialogue and who has given those on the margins a way to find their voice, Ani represents what this award is all about. In her capacity as Executive Director of Galería de la Raza, she is a visionary leader whose impact stretches across civic, cultural, and advocacy spheres. Since 1970, Galería de la Raza has served as a cultural cornerstone for the Chicano and Latinx community. Under her leadership, it has grown into something even more: a vibrant sanctuary where young people are empowered to learn, collaborate, and create. It’s a space that honors their heritage and supports their future.
